Booking and cancellation conditions:

Each booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit of 40% of the total amount of the stay. The deposit received shall be refunded in case of cancellation 14 days prior arrival. In case of late cancellation (made less than 13 days prior to arrival), early departure or no show: the entire cost of the stay is due and the reservation will be cancelled.  In case of special offers, they are valid according to availability, cannot be combined with other promotional offers. The price is then guaranteed by the payment of the entire stay at the moment of the booking. This rate is non-modifiable, non-cancellable.

Any report of a stay automatically leads to a cancellation of the stay which is subject to the conditions expressed above. Beyond 3 reports, the hotel will definitely keep the deposit paid and will not be postponedor refunded. All stay modifications (including report) are subject to the current rate.
